Alphonse Berns (born 9 April 1952) is a Luxembourgian diplomat and current Ambassador to Belgium and Permanent Representative to NATO.[1] He has previously been Ambassador to the United States (1991 – 98) and Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva (2002 – 05).[1]
